Swiss Paradise 2 is our cosy garden apartment in the mountain village of Wirzweli in Central Switzerland – a special Alpine retreat for guests who love nature, tranquillity and relaxing outdoors.

The holiday apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and combines comfortable living with its greatest highlight: direct access to a private garden with an outdoor hot tub and fire pit.

Start your morning with a Nespresso and fresh Alpine air, spend the day hiking, skiing or exploring Central Switzerland, then return home and unwind in your outdoor hot tub surrounded by the mountains.

In the evening, the fire pit becomes the perfect place to sit outside together, enjoy the mountain air and slow down after a day of exploring.

A Nespresso machine for classic Original capsules is provided. The kitchen, living area and the rest of the apartment are designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Wirzweli combines the peace of the Swiss Alps with a great location for exploring Lucerne, Engelberg, Mount Titlis and Lake Lucerne.

Good to know before you arrive

Wirzweli is located at around 1,200 metres above sea level. Its peaceful setting surrounded by nature is part of what makes staying here so special, but shopping options in the mountain village are limited.

We therefore recommend doing your main grocery shopping before arriving. Local farms and small self-service shops in the surrounding area also offer regional products.

Swiss Paradise 2 features a garden with an outdoor hot tub and fire pit – perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains.

For your morning coffee, a Nespresso machine for the classic small Original capsules is provided. Simply bring your favourite capsules.

Winter access differs from summer access, so please check the information under “Getting around” before travelling.

Everything else you need will be provided in our guest information – so once you arrive, there is only one thing left to do: relax and enjoy.

Easy to reach – even in winter.

Wirzweli is located above Dallenwil and can be reached by the Dallenwil–Wirzweli cable car as well as by car.

From the Wirzweli mountain station, Swiss Paradise 2 is approximately a 10-minute walk away. If you arrive by car, private parking is available directly at the accommodation.

In summer: Wirzweli can be reached by car via the Dallenwil–Wirzweli mountain road or alternatively via Kerns–Ächerlipass–Wirzweli.

In winter: Our guests can also drive directly to Wirzweli during the winter season. To use the mountain road with the required authorisation, the vehicle registration number must be reported to the responsible police authority before arrival. Please send us your vehicle registration number in advance so that the required notification can be arranged.

As Wirzweli is located at around 1,200 metres above sea level and is reached via a mountain road, we recommend appropriate winter equipment for your vehicle and checking current road and weather conditions before travelling.

Alternatively, Wirzweli can be reached comfortably by the cable car from Dallenwil.

Whether you arrive by car or cable car, your Swiss Alps getaway begins the moment you reach Wirzweli.

Swiss Paradise 2 is located in the peaceful mountain village of Wirzweli above Dallenwil, surrounded by the natural beauty of Central Switzerland. Mountains, forests and hiking trails begin almost at your doorstep.

In summer, Wirzweli is ideal for hiking, exploring and relaxed days outdoors. Families can enjoy the popular Witch Trail, a summer toboggan run, a large children's playground and plenty of opportunities to experience the mountains together.

In winter, Wirzweli becomes a peaceful Alpine winter retreat. Skiing, sledging, winter hiking and snowy landscapes offer an authentic mountain experience away from the larger tourist resorts.

At the same time, Swiss Paradise 2 is a great base for exploring Central Switzerland. Lucerne, Engelberg and Mount Titlis, Stanserhorn, Klewenalp and Lake Lucerne all make excellent day trips.

And after a day of exploring, something special is waiting for you: return to Wirzweli, step into the hot tub and end your day surrounded by the mountains.
